bids. Bid documents and bidding forms may be obtained between 09.00 a.m. and 03.00 p.m. on
working days from 28.04.2021 up to 10.00 a.m. on 11.05.2021 upon payment of a non-refundable

Decision of the Procurement Board of the Kahatagaha Graphite Lanka Limited regarding the
quotations received will be final.
