Bids are invited for the supply of Security Services to the Kahatagaha
Graphite Mine Premises located at Maduragoda, Dodamgaslanda of
Kahatagaha Graphite Lanka Limited under Ministry of Industries, for the
Year 2024.
Due Bidding Forms certified and issued by the Supplier should only be
used for the submission of bids and complete bid documents have been
published in the official Website : http://www.graphite.lk. Interested
Bidders could download the bidding documents free of charge from
this Website or Bid Documents and Bid Forms could be obtained from
01.01.2024 up to 14.01.2024 on office days from 09.00 a.m. to 03.00 p.m.
upon payment of a non-refundable sum of Rs. 5000/=.
Relevant Bids should either be sent by Registered Post to reach the
Chairman, Procurement Committee, Kahatagaha Graphite Lanka Limited,
No. 561/3, Elvitigala Mawatha, Narahenpita, Colombo 05 or deposited in
the Tender Box kept at this place at or before 2.00 p.m. on 16th January
2024.
If the Bidders expect to inspect the Mines premises before submitting bids,
please contact the Mechanical Engineer / Manager (Actg.) of Kahatagaha
Mine Premises on Telephone No. 074-2024749.
The top left-hand corner of the envelope containing Bids should be
marked as “Bids for the Supply of Security Services – 2024”.
Bids received after 2.00 p.m. on 16.01.2024 will be rejected. The decision
of the Procurement Committee of Kahatagaha Graphite Lanka Limited
over the Bids submitted will be final.
Opening of bids will take place at 2.00 p.m. on 16.01.2024 at Kahatagaha
Graphite Lanka Limited, No. 561/3, Elvitigala Mawatha, Narahenpita,
Colombo 05. (Bidders or their authorized representatives could participate
at this occasion).
