PROCUREMENT OF MANUFACTURE, SUPPLY, INSTALL AND COMMISSIONING
OF BRAND NEW FROTH FLOTATION PLANT (Capacity 1TPH)
AT KAHATAGAHA MINE SITE MADURAGODA IN KURUNAGALA DISTRICT

  1. Chairman, Departmental Procurement Committee on behalf of The Kahatagaha Graphite Lanka Limited
    invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders to manufacture, Supply, Install and
    Commissioning of Brand new Froth Flotation Plant (1TPH) for Kahatagaha Graphite mine processing
    Section at Maduragoda in Kurunegala District, Sri Lanka.
  2. Bidding will be conducted through International Competitive Bidding Process. The local agents of
    international supplier should submit the manufacturer’s authorization letter along with the Bid
    document.
  3. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of written
    application on a business letterhead to the Chairman, Kahatagaha Graphite Lanka LTD 561/3, Elvitigala
    Mawatha, Colombo 05- Sri Lanka on normal working days from 9:00 am to 03:00 pm up to
    14th June 2023 upon payment of nonrefundable fee of Rs.32,854.07 or US Dollars 100 (100USD)
  4. Delivery of Bidding Document could be made by sending a written request to the above address with a
    Bank draft in favor of Kahatagaha Graphite Lanka Ltd for added sum of bidding document charges and
    delivery charges as mentioned here. Domestic delivery charges pay Rs.19,712.44 or Overseas delivery
    charges required to pay US Dollars 60 (60USD).
  5. Bidding documents will be sent through courier to the address mentioned by the applicant. No liability
    will be accepted for loss or late delivery.
  6. Sealed bids must be inserted in the tender box placed at the address below or sent by courier to reach on
    or before 14th June 2023 at 02:00 pm. late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened immediately after
    closing of bids in the presence of the bidders representatives, who choose to attend in the address below
    at 02:00 pm on 14h
    June 2023. All bids must be accompanied by a refundable bid security by a way of
    bank draft written in favor of Kahatagaha Graphite Lanka Ltd for Rs.328,540.70 or US Dollars 1000
    (1000USD) as per the instructions given in the Bidding Data Sheet (BDS).
