Applications are invited from citizens of Sri Lanka for the following vacancies existing at the Company
1. JUNIOR MANAGER- PERSONNEL AND ADMIN OFFICER (01 POSITION)- CONTRACT BASIS
1.1 Qualifications: External Candidates:
External: 1 Degree from a recognized University with 5 Yrs. Executive experience the relevant field. OR G.C. E. (A/L) with 12 Yrs. experience of which 10 Yrs. Executive experience in the relevant field.
1.2 Salary Scale
JM 1-1 – 2016: Rs. [42,600 – 10 x 755 – 18 x 1,135 – 70,580]
1.3 Age Limit
Age should be not less than 18 years and not more than 42 years.
Every Applicant,
i. Should be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
ii. Should be physically and mentally f it to discharge the duties of the post well and to serve in any part of the Island.
iii. Should be of excellent moral character.
Please Note
This vacancy is at The Kurunegala, Dodamgaslanda, Maduragoda graphite mines work site.
Experience in graphite and allied based industries or manufacturing industries and experience in similar capacity in private sector will be considered favorably.
This upper age limit will not apply to applicants who are already in Government Service/Corporations/Statutory Boards.

1. Provident Fund Contribution of 10% by the employee and 15% by the Employer (inclusive of 3% to the E.T.F),cost of Living Allowances and other statutory payments as per the government circulars.
